Only persons who need the data to provide the service have access to it. The website and e-mail run over an encrypted connection (HTTPS); the guest register and documentation are stored securely with restricted access.

Data may be processed on our behalf by the booking system provider, website and e-mail hosting, accounting service and technical support. AJPES, the police and the Statistical Office receive data as separate controllers within statutory guest registration.
